BALLIOS EQUESTRIAN — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition, free from odors, stains, or signs of use
  • With all original tags attached and in original packaging

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted for return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at balliosequestrian@gmail.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. We will send you return instructions and the address to ship your item back
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to process refunds for items that do not reach us.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order on our website.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Socks
  • Headwear
  • Sale items (marked as final sale)

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at balliosequestrian@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
